Return Window

You may return your product within 3 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and all tags must be intact.
If the seal of the product is broken, the item will not be eligible for a refund or return. This rule applies to all sealed products to maintain hygiene and resale value.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery to request a return.
Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the product does not meet our return conditions (such as a broken seal), the refund will not be processed.

Exclusions

Products with a broken seal, used items, or items not in original packaging cannot be returned or refunded.
